2. Print Products and Albums Post-Wedding:
We strongly believe in the value of physical prints and albums. While digital images are wonderful, holding tangible prints in your hands is incomparable. Once you book with us, we'll guide you through selecting the perfect way to showcase your wedding photos, providing detailed information on various print products and album choices.
3. Travel and Accommodations:
Travel costs are included for most locations in Mexico. I frequently travel for weddings and have extensive experience shooting in various U.S. states and internationally, ensuring we bring our expertise wherever you need us.
4. Photo Preferences and Special Requests:
While we aim to capture an extensive range of moments, letting us know about any special people, moments, or details you want to be photographed ensures nothing important is missed. Please have all significant items like rings, dresses, and heirlooms ready for photos in the bridal suite.
5. Need for a Second Shooter:
A second shooter is recommended for weddings with 50-70 guests to ensure comprehensive coverage. However, this depends on your preferences and budget. While a second shooter offers more angles and moments captured, it’s not mandatory if budget constraints are a concern.
6. Our Organizational Commitment:
Organization is key to a stress-free wedding day. We will send you detailed questionnaires about three weeks before your wedding to finalize every detail, create a timeline, and ensure a final meeting to set everything in place.
7. Exclusive Attention:
We dedicate our entire weekend to only one wedding—yours. This exclusivity allows us to focus wholly on providing the best possible service and attention to your special day.
8. Annual Booking Limit:
To maintain quality and ensure each couple receives our full attention, we limit the number of weddings we book each year. For 2022, we are accepting only 20 weddings, prioritizing quality over quantity.
9. Family Photo Efficiency:
Family photos need not take up much time. With efficient planning and a prepared list, most family photo sessions are completed within 10-15 minutes, though we also account for any delays by adding buffer time.
10. Booking Process:
Booking is straightforward—contact us through our form, and we'll arrange a call. If we're a good fit, I'll send a customized proposal tailored to your day. A 35% non-refundable initial payment and a signed agreement will secure your date.
11. Timing for Booking:
We recommend booking at least a year in advance to ensure thorough planning and communication, though we're flexible and will do our best to accommodate last-minute bookings.
12. Image Delivery:
Depending on the chosen package, you can expect approximately 30+ images per hour of coverage. Your final images will be delivered within 2 weeks after the wedding.
13. Travel Flexibility:
I am available for travel both within Mexico and internationally—just specify the location and date.
